01

How much do you charge per dozen?

I determine pricing based on both how much time a cookie design will entail and how much ingredients will be used and their costs. I have provided a pricing guide (under construction) in a tab above, but the best way to get an accurate quote is to fill out and submit the quote form by clicking the link provided on the Home page. I will respond to you as soon as possible.

02

Where are you located?

I currently work out of my own home in Moundridge, KS. I am happy to deliver cookies if the distance is reasonable. A delivery fee may be added to your bill if further than what is convenient for me. For order pick-up and deliveries to new customers, I prefer to meet in public spaces. Protecting my family is my top priority.

03

what is your refund policy?

I am still in the beginning stages of my little business and I do not have much of a concrete refund policy yet. If a problem should occur though, I will do whatever I can to make it right. I put a lot of time and effort (and love) into my cookies, as well as keep an open line of communication with my customers to ensure all the details are as expected. I ask that you keep in mind that although custom cookies can seem a little pricey, I am priced relatively low compared to my competitors. I currently do not earn even close to minimum wage for the time I devote to perfecting my cookies. I love what I do and I hope that it shows when you receive your order.

04

What are your ingredients?

I currently use a basic recipe for vanilla sugar cookies: real salted butter, granulated sugar, cage-free eggs, pure vanilla extract, all purpose flour, and baking powder.

Royal Icing: powdered sugar, cream of tartar, meringue powder (or pasteurized egg whites) and your choice of extract for flavor. All other food coloring and decorations will be 100% edible and non-toxic.

Lemon-lavender cookies will have real lavender baked into the cookie.

For cookies with dietary restrictions, I will discuss with you what your specific ingredient preferences are before confirming your order. Extensive details of these ingredients can be provided if asked.

05

can you make character cookies?

As long as the character or image is not copyrighted, I can. Many companies take their copyrighted characters and images very seriously. I would suggest, rather, cookie designs that fit the colors and theme of the event without directly using the copyrighted image. With the help of your ideas, I can design the perfect set to match your themed party.
